Experienced in both, German and Italian inheritance law.
The Italian legal system concerning inheritance law differs very much from the English/American and the German system. This may cause conflicts, which can be avoided by preventive measures.

• I shall be glad to offer assistance e.g.:
  • by drafting of wills that satisfy the requirements of the Italian or the German law,
  • by giving legal advice on Italian or German inheritance law and naturally during the whole procedure regarding the organization/administration of the real estate,
  • concerning the execution of wills.

In the event of inheritance, I provide legal assistance throughout the entire settlement of the inheritance, in particular in the execution of wills.
